Unfolding

Layers of color, torn paper, and expressive marks come together in Unfolding, a vibrant mixed-media painting that explores growth, change, and the beauty of transformation. Organic shapes, intricate patterns, and energetic lines emerge from a richly layered surface, inviting the eye to wander and discover unexpected details.

Balancing bold pinks, turquoise, and earthy greens with areas of textured white, the composition reveals itself slowly, much like the process of becoming. Some layers are hidden, others peek through, and each adds something to the story.

Unfolding is a reminder that growth doesn’t always follow a plan. Sometimes, the most beautiful discoveries happen when we let go, embrace the unexpected, and allow ourselves to unfold into something new.
